Amicable and really friendly people.
Great choice for trip. Good looking hotel located in a delightful area very close to market, the center, and the main bus station. Good bed, big bathroom and satellite TV, climate control, and a sitting area in the room. The views over mountain.

After staying here for one night, I wish I could extend my visit; the restaurant on the ground floor served excellent dishes.

Exceptional: The staff was so helpful that they practically carried me to my room. And the on-site restaurant served such amazing food that I gained a year's worth of weight in just a few days. Can't wait to go back!
I absolutely loved the WiFi that was available in "all areas". It was so much fun trying to get a signal in the middle of nowhere.

Finally reached the hotel after walking for ages! Found some shops and restaurants nearby. Ate at the on-site restaurant but couldn't decide if the dishes were Bulgarian or international, maybe they were both at the same time?
Oh, how I adore slow WiFi in every area of the hotel! Such a lovely way to disconnect from the world and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The room we stayed in was spacious and well laid out, providing ample space for relaxation. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the large-screen TV added to the enjoyment of our stay. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a cool room temperature for the first couple of days and a limited view from the window, the overall experience was positive. The staff members, including Ilija, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated their assistance in carrying our luggage to the room. The peaceful atmosphere and good soundproofing allowed for a restful night's sleep. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings were satisfactory, and the fact that there was a smoke-free section in the restaurant was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional location, helpful and friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

The Hotel Rade 1 offers convenient shuttle services to the nearby Ledenika Cave and Parshevitsa Ski Slope, making it a great choice for adventure seekers. During my stay, I decided to explore the Ledenika Cave and I must say, it was an absolute marvel! The stalactites and stalagmites inside were absolutely breathtaking, resembling an underground fantasy world. Exploring the cave felt like being in a real-life version of a fantasy novel. Thanks to the hotel's shuttle service, I had a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The lightning sensor in the corridor was too sensitive.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - affordable and included breakfast. The room was basic but comfortable, with a good shower and toilet. The central location made it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and always willing to help.
Breakfast choices could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The single room at Hotel Rade 1 was cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accessible design and the convenience of having cable TV and air conditioning.
Personally, I found the absence of a private bathroom to be a drawback. However, I understand that others may still enjoy the room for its other features.

I could practically stumble onto the main street, and the shops and restaurants were so close I could practically eat without walking. The on-site restaurant served food, thank god!
Oh, just a tiny detail, the Wi-Fi played hide and seek with me the entire stay. How fun!

The kids enjoyed the playground and had a great time on the rides. It was a convenient and fun outing for the whole family.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from having a larger family room option.
